✔ There has been research conducted that shows that people who sleep than 7 hours night 🌙 are three times more likely to get a 🥶 cold.
We also know that women sleeping 5 hours or less a night are nearly 70% more likely to get pneumonia.

There is also research that sleep can play a role in successful immunization.
✔ In 1 study one group was limited to 4 hours of sleep for 6 nights in another group they gave them full night of sleep all 6 nights.
Then during this time ⏲️ they gave them a flu shot and measured the response. They discovered that the group that sleep just 4 hours produced less than 50% of the normal antibody response.
In simple words, not getting proper sleep before their shot may render their vaccination less effective.
